“Pure Life”

Respected judges, beloved family members, good afternoon everyone! I am Wang Pingshan from Sunshine Ba. Today, my speech topic is 'Pure Life':

In our daily lives, whether at work or striving in society, everyone has their goals. However, achieving these goals often encounters obstacles. To overcome them, it's essential to adapt to the environment, control emotions, and approach challenges with a positive and optimistic mindset. Believe that there are always methods beyond difficulties that allow our purest souls to attain what we desire. Think about our childhood - that was the time when we were most innocent and happy. However, leaving the nurturing embrace of home, encountering deceit and treachery in society gradually eroded my initial aspirations and the purity in my heart.

I still remember my first days at Tengte, feeling quite unfamiliar. No one knew each other, and it felt lonely. I consoled myself, thinking that over time, I would integrate with everyone. On my first day, the supervisor asked me to work with a beautiful lady in the cardboard area. Initially, I didn't know how to handle the work, so the lady taught me how to fold the cardboard first. After work, standing for long periods, my feet hurt terribly. In my mind, I encouraged myself, 'There's no job that isn't tiring or tough. If everyone else can do it, so can I.' After persisting for a week, the supervisor transferred me to the screw line. I thought, 'This is also a simple task, isn't it?' The supervisor began teaching me how to handle screws, explaining the correct operations while tightening them.

Thanks to his meticulous and patient guidance, I quickly adapted and mastered the packaging department's tasks. Today, I'd like to share a particular case. When I started working on 0188, I had no prior experience. However, working with Manager Xian Sheng, he taught me many basic skills, especially the precautions in using the nail gun and changing nails. He emphasized the correct hand placement while using the nail gun.

When faced with difficulties, we must have the courage to confront them. We shouldn't lose confidence when faced with obstacles. I urge everyone to face difficulties head-on; only by overcoming them can we defeat ourselves. Work isn't easy; we must excel in our roles and cooperate with various departments. Simultaneously, continuous efforts in learning new knowledge and skills will make us better. Joining this company, I feel fortunate. Though I've had philosophical worries and work-related concerns, the work environment here, everyone's enthusiasm, and Director Qiu's spirit of hard work will make us better and better.
