Time flies, it has been a year since I joined the company, and the scene of joining the big family of Teng Te is still vividly remembered.

My husband came to the company earlier than me, his original intention is to be close to home, to take care of the elderly and children in the family. It is also because of this that he has been persuading me to come back and do not want to be separated in the family. At first, my heart was very resistant and reluctant, and we argued constantly about the work. My last job was in a factory in Xiamen, where I worked for eight years. How many years can a person have in his life? My youth, my memories, are in those 8 years, I have already fallen in love with this work and I have been with for 8 years. In the eyes of my family, this job is very hard, because I have to get up at four o 'clock in the morning every day, when everyone is still asleep, I am already devoted to work. Although very busy and hard, but full. Because of my persistence and diligent working attitude, I was promoted from an ordinary employee to a supervisor in less than three years.

Until the sixth day of the New Year in 2018, my father left in a hurry, but I failed to come back to see him for the last time. So far, my heart is still full of regret and remorse, and my father's departure makes me difficult to let go. Over the years, due to my work, I never accompanied the elderly and children, nor did I take care of my family, including my husband, whom I rarely cared about. I used to be young and naive, and I felt how happy I was, and now I realized the truth of "the son wants to raise and the parent is not there". After reflection, I got in a good mood, said goodbye to the original factory and the job that had accompanied me for 8 years, and I set foot on the road home to my husband and children. Previous work is actually boring, like the machine on the assembly line, repeated the same work every day, after work time is to eat and sleep. When I first came back, I felt that the factory should be the same, without any illusions and expectations. When I just started my job, I was confused, helpless, and I once thought of giving up. At the first sight of Jane, I thought she might not be very easy to get along with, and there was no further contact. Later, when she came to support us, after further getting along, I thought Jane was a very warm and kind little sister. After knowing my Yang, he personally delivered the medicine to me and told me in detail how to take it. Also through this incident let me understand that you can not directly judge the result of your own intuitive feeling, but you have to understand deeply before you can give an answer. After a period of adaptation, although it is a factory, but the feeling of Teng Te really is completely different. The colleagues in the workshop, whether in the department or not, are not very clear, are very enthusiastic and helpful, and have given me great help in work and life, so that I can quickly integrate into this big family.

I never thought that one day I would be holding hands with my husband and performing on stage in matching outfits. This experience painted a completely different color for the course of our lives. The annual meeting is the crystallization of everyone's hard work, the programming from scratch, the training again and again, the detailed rehearsal, so that I fully feel the company's intentions, feel the strength of the team. For the first time, I was deeply shocked by the cohesion of my colleagues. At the critical moment when the annual meeting was about to begin, the epidemic broke out, and most of my colleagues were Yang, so we thought the annual meeting should be canceled. However, Qiu always led us to break through the difficulties with his actions and perseverance, leading the way in dancing and giving speeches. Even if the voice is lost and the fever is high, we have no retreat. With such a leader, we are more motivated to move forward. This visual feast came to a successful end under the common persistence and efforts of all.

Talking to my former colleagues are envious, I still remember the red envelope written: "Bring love home, thank you for cultivating such an excellent talent for the company", the company let us bring this heavy love back to the parents at home. The elders are very moved, because the company is not only concerned about us, but also about our family. Parents often tell us to be grateful, to be hard, what we can return to the company is to work hard.
