I joined the company in July last year. On the first day of work, I saw everyone reading in the morning and felt the thick learning atmosphere, which made me hit it off immediately. I was mainly responsible for the operation of the international station after I joined the company. At that time, I was a bare head commander like Jango now, acting as both father and mother. In addition to the daily operation of the store, I also need to contact with foreign customers. Many friends ask me whether English is very good, but in fact, I can only understand simple words, such as yes,no,thankyou, and chat with customers by translation software. However, I have always believed that people are connected, regardless of skin color or country. The language barrier does not affect our service and sincerity to customers. When we truly think about the customer, the customer can feel it. Three months later, I met an impressive customer named Aisha, who customized a 2.3-meter antique wood-framed mirror. She has a strong personality and demands a lot, so I often get up at 2 or 3 in the morning to respond to her messages, so that my wife gets up in the middle of the night to ask me: Who are you secretly texting? At that time, I was only focused on signing the customer's order, which is my original heart. However, the cooperation with this customer was not smooth, when we took photos of the production progress to the customer, the customer was still online, and when we finished the product and notified the customer to pay the final payment, the customer suddenly disappeared. Phone calls, emails, through Ali official channels and so on can not find this person, the product so lying in the company for more than 4 months. Until the Canton Fair, I also told the third sister to greet the customer, did not expect this time, the customer suddenly appeared, and directly paid the final payment. It took eight months for the order to be placed and received by the customer. The order was small, but I got a lot from it. There is a teacher who said: "Cherish your low points, you will see a lot of truth, no one's life is smooth." Maybe now you are facing difficulties, but don't lose heart don't get frustrated and don't give up, recall the original heart, only bear the wind and rain of the journey, in order to finally keep the rainbow sky.

Fate is such a wonderful thing. The International station has allowed us to meet a lot of customers from all over the world, and Dente has allowed me to meet everyone.
