I took an active part in it, and day by day I gradually learned how to use the essence of philosophy to guide my work and life.

I work in the international station business position, the international station every day there will be a variety of inquiries, foreigners also have a variety of problems, at the beginning when encountered some problems, I always a little negative mood reflected. For example, at the beginning of February, the Indian customer told me that they needed samples, but the time was very tight and they had to catch an exhibition to be held in India on March 12th. At that time, there was only 35 days to catch the exhibition. Do you know how many days it took for the ship to float on the sea from Xiamen port to India port? In addition, it takes 4 days from the Indian port to the customer's warehouse, so the total time is 34 days, which means that we only have 1 day for production and shipment. This is completely impossible, I was very frustrated, I think this order can not be done, so I reported the situation to Brother Wu, at that time brother Wu gave me analysis, he said: every customer has a variety of problems, first of all, we should not give up easily, we should do is to work hard and try to help him solve the problem. Therefore, we break through the conventional thinking, shorten the production time by using the exhibition hall samples with repairs, and propose to shorten the product transportation time by air. The customer really felt that we were trying to help him solve the problem, we won the customer's trust, and the order was concluded with pleasure. Later, with the strong cooperation of colleagues in various departments, we also completed the delivery of the order as scheduled.

The transaction process of this order made me feel deeply, and I summed up and reflected on it. If I had lain flat and not fought for it, and not made any efforts, then this customer would have lost. Later, when reading in the morning, I saw the content of the six improvements, do not have emotional troubles, and pay no less than anyone's effort, at this time, I deeply understood its meaning. I think there are any problems in the future, please do not release negative emotions, please do not have emotional troubles, first ask yourself whether you have worked hard to do nothing, whether you have worked hard to move yourself. If I can do everything with the attitude of paying as much effort as anyone else, I believe that many problems will be solved, my orders will be more and more, and my life will be more and more smooth.
